Imagine lounging poolside in as little as six weeks! From the time excavation begins, we work to complete your pool in a timely fashion. Our clients are often surprised by our efficiency and availability. Throughout construction, we review craftsmanship daily, making sure it is to our standards.

With Alabama South, having a pool has never been more pleasurable. Here’s our tried-and-true process for building the pool you’ve always imagined.

1. We meet to discuss your custom design. We have many resources to engage and assist you in this creative process.

2. Once you approve the design, we sign a contract. (25% deposit is due.)

3. We arrange a survey/site plan.

4. We arrange and complete permitting (Allow 1 week to 10 days standard)

5. We design your pool layout for your review.

6. Once you approve the layout, excavation begins.

7. Next, we form the pool walls and bottom with rebar, steel tex, and ground wire.

8. We arrange for the requisite bonding inspection to be performed.

9. We pour shot crete and form concrete.

10. Your pool is really taking shape. We receive a 40% draw.

11. Plumbing and tile are installed.

12. The pool of your dreams is nearing completion. We receive a 30% draw.

13. The finishing touches! We form and pour concrete decking

14. We plaster the pool surface.

15. We set equipment: automatic pool cleaner, pump and more.

16. Finally, we fill your dream pool with water for you to enjoy! Our final 5% draw is due.
